We will provide you with the address to which you can send the unopened item. Please ensure that the item is brand new and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. We require a receipt or other proof of purchase to process your refund. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility and will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item, and your credit card or original payment method will be credited immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
At our company, we take pride in providing our customers with only the best products and services. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images or videos of the product, and we will send them to Quality Control to help avoid similar situations in the future. Once we have documentation of the damaged goods, we will arrange for a new shipment to be sent to you.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will incur a $15 administrative fee. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the item, please follow our returns process.
We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered during the checkout process. Please ensure that you provide an accurate address to avoid any issues. If we suspect that the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may attempt to contact you.
