Where does KingsKeyy deliver to? 

We deliver worldwide. However some remote areas are difficult to reach, therefore shipping delays are expected. If you want to check the expected delivery time of a remote area, please email us at support@kingskeyy.com

How much does shipping cost?

For a total bill of above 43 usd, delivery is completely free. For the Order Value below 43 usd there is a flat  4.95 charge for delivery. This will be displayed at checkout.

What types of delivery does KingsKeyy have?

In most cases we use DHL. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Europe [Germany/Poland/Italy/Spain/United Kingdom]:  8 – 15 days
Canada and USA :   6 – 20 days
Oceania:  8 – 20 days
Latin America:  9 – 26 days
Other countries:  11 – 30 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
